The ONE in 5000 Foundation website is dedicated to be a worldwide resource for the Imperforate Anus (IA) / Anorectal Malformation (ARM) community. Our vision is to ensure that within the next 5 years, every child born with (IA) / (ARM) around the world is guaranteed the following four outcomes, we call the AIMS program, which focuses on AWARENESS; INFORMATION; MEDICAL; SUPPORT.

The National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NDDIC) is an information dissemination service of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). The NIDDK is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which is part of the US Department of Health and Human Services.

National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse
NKUDIC was established in 1987 to increase knowledge and understanding about diseases of the kidneys and urologic system among people with these conditions and their families, health care professionals, and the general public. To carry out this mission, NKUDIC works closely with a coordinating panel of representative from Federal agencies; voluntary organizations on the national level; professional groups; and State health departments to identify and respond to informational needs about kidney and urologic diseases.

Youth Rally
The Youth Rally is a one of a kind camp experience for youth living with conditions of the bladder and/or bowel system. They encourage self-confidence and independent living through their camp experience. The yearly camp rotates through different college campuses within the United States and provides a week of fun filled activities.
